We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing talent, coordinating hiring processes, and ensuring a smooth employee experience within the organization.
This role requires strong communication skills, organizational ability, and hands-on experience in recruitment and HR coordination.
Key Responsibilities
A. Recruitment
Post job openings on platforms such as Internshala, LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other relevant job portals.
Source candidates through multiple recruitment channels and databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening calls with shortlisted candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain updated candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure smooth communication.
B. Employee Onboarding
Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for new hires.
Collect, verify, and maintain employee documentation.
Assist new employees during joining and induction processes.
C. HR Operations
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Prepare HR reports, recruitment updates, and hiring dashboards.
