As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Udaan Consultancy, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your role will involve assisting in recruitment processes, conducting interviews, managing employee records, and providing support in various HR initiatives.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date and accurate.
- Support the HR team in organizing training sessions and workshops for employees.
- Assist in conducting orientation sessions for new hires.
- Help in implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and filing.
- Utilize your interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with employees and address any HR-related inquiries.
