About the internship
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage calendars for Talent team members and key stakeholders.
Schedule internal meetings, review discussions, training sessions, and employee check-ins.
Manage meeting logistics, invitations, room bookings, and follow-up communication.
Support coordination of interviews, feedback discussions, and talent-related meetings.
Prepare and maintain letters, trackers, reports, and operational documents.
Ensure employee records, trackers, and databases are updated accurately and on time.
Support documentation related to talent processes, policies, and employee communications.
Assist in preparing presentations, meeting notes, and status updates.
Case Review & Feedback Process Coordination
Support the administration of case review and performance feedback processes.
Track completion of reviews and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timelines are met.
Assist in consolidating feedback and preparing reports for Talent leadership.
Coordinate learning sessions, workshops, and training programs.
Manage participant registrations, attendance tracking, and training logistics.
Collect and consolidate training feedback.
Maintain training records and learning completion trackers.
Support ongoing L&D initiatives and employee development programs.
Assist in coordinating the summary review process across teams.
Track milestones, deadlines, and stakeholder inputs.
Ensure timely completion of required documentation and follow-ups.
Support reporting and process governance activities.
Provide day-to-day operational support to the Talent team.
