About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and eligibility criteria.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain and update candidate records, recruitment trackers, and HR databases.
- Assist in drafting and posting job openings across various hiring platforms.
- Support the HR team in onboarding activities and documentation for selected candidates.
