FyneHand is mandated to hire for the role of Senior Manager - HR Business Partner Plant Lead to be based in Ambernath. Our client is a leading player in pharmaceutical formulations delivering value to their customers and investors by developing, manufacturing, and marketing branded specialty and generic prescription pharmaceutical products. Role Overview:This role will provide business partnering, advising business leaders, and helping them address key people challenges while fostering a strong, high-performing culture along with employee engagement for the plant based at Ambernath. As the Lead, the incumbent plays a vital role in overseeing & detailed reviewing HR & Admin operations and will lead team 2-3 members. Key Responsibilities:HRBP responsibilities:
- Oversee overall day-to-day HRBP operations which include onboarding, offboarding, engagement, events, performance management, rewards and recognition, and grievance management
- Advise on optimal organizational structures as we continue to grow, manage restructures and redeployment, and drive employee engagement during change
- Contribute to M&A processes, including due diligence, risk assessment, integration planning, and communications as required
- Work autonomously with the HR functional leads to deliver high-impact HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Analyze workforce data and trends to provide insights that drive decision-making and measure the effectiveness of talent management and development programs
- Lead organizational change initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and change management processes to ensure successful outcomes
- Ensure that policies and practices align with organizational needs, making recommendations for improvements to drive employee engagement
- Develop the HRBP team to fulfill the key deliverables
- Strong reviews with a problem-solving approach and analytics to be presented across multiple review forums
Admin responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall Plant Administration, including facility management, infrastructure maintenance, vendor management, travel coordination, canteen, laundry, and security operations
- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance
- MIS and analytics to be presented across multiple review forums
Requirements, Skills & Qualifications:
- Masters degree in human resources management, commerce/business, psychology, or a related field
