About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Assisting in the time office administration
- Assisting in the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate new hire orientations and ensure smooth onboarding for all employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records, Handle documentation such as employee personnel files and other HR-related documentation.
- Coordinating for joining and exit formalities.
- Assisting in employee engagement activities.
- Assisting in resolving hotel staff and management queries.
- Ensure up-to-date and accurate information is fed into the HRMIS
- Assist with employee relation issues in the hotel in a confidential manner, including disciplinarians and grievances.
- Supporting departmental training requirements including inductions, work experience.
- Ensures confidentiality is maintained at all times
- Assisting & managing administration responsibilities in regards to staff welfare, accommodation, lockers & time attendance.
