About the job
Key Responsibilities
- Build and implement HR policies, processes, SOPs, and employee frameworks from scratch.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Partner with business leaders to support hiring plans and build strong talent pipelines.
- Develop and maintain employee records, HRMIS, and HR documentation.
- Design and implement performance management, appraisal, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and HR best practices.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS.
- Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and organizational development initiatives.
- Work closely with the founders to build scalable people practices aligned with business growth.
