Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and case studies for effective learning
Assess student performance, conduct evaluations, and provide constructive feedback
Organize practical activities, workshops, and industry-oriented training sessions
Mentor students on career development, interview preparation, and placement readiness
Coordinate with college management on academic progress and training delivery
Stay updated with the latest HR trends, tools, and industry practices
Design engaging and interactive classroom experiences to enhance student learning
Support development of students' practical HR skills through real-world applications

Other requirements
MBA/PGDM in human resource management or related field (mandatory)
1 year of teaching, training, or industry HR experience
