Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition by building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, coordinating interviews efficiently, and delivering well-structured, professional offer communications.
- Manage the complete candidate lifecycle with consistency and attention to detail, ensuring a seamless and organized interview process from initial screening to final selection.
- Collect, analyze, and consolidate interview feedback, transforming insights into clear, actionable inputs that support informed and timely hiring decisions.
- Deliver a smooth and engaging onboarding experience by coordinating closely with new hires and guiding them through each step of the joining process.
- Handle off boarding processes with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a respectful, well-structured, and compliant exit experience.
- Actively contribute to campus recruitment initiatives by managing drives effectively and ensuring a positive, structured onboarding experience for all campus hires.
