Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and job expectations.

1. Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

1. Screen resumes, shortlist suitable candidates, and coordinate interview schedules with stakeholders.

1. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

HR Operations

1. Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.

1. Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR systems accurately.

1. Support HR policies, compliance procedures, and internal HR processes.

1. Assist with payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management activities.

1. Ensure adherence to company policies, HR guidelines, and labor law compliance.
