Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate executive communications, including managing emails, calendars, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Prepare, review, and maintain internal and external corporate documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- Ensure the smooth execution of internal and external meetings, including attendance tracking, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Arrange and coordinate team events, employee engagement activities, and provide support throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Create, maintain, and manage an organized filing and documentation system for all critical business records.
- Handle finance-related follow-ups, including invoice management, payment tracking, vendor coordination, reimbursement processing, and expense documentation.
- Oversee facility management operations, including office administration, vendor management, asset tracking, maintenance coordination, and workplace readiness.
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards while handling sensitive company information and business communications.
- Foster and maintain a professional work environment while managing interactions with employees, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Drive lead generation initiatives by conducting market research, identifying prospective clients, and building qualified lead databases for Next Labs.
- Monitor industry trends and stay updated on developments in digital marketing, mobile marketing, funding activities, emerging technologies, and the startup ecosystem.
- Support cross-functional teams with administrative, operational, and strategic coordination to ensure efficient day-to-day business operations.
