Aptos is seeking a highly motivated HR Transformation Fellow to work directly with senior HR leadership on a strategic initiative focused on redesigning our campus hiring and early careers program.
This is not a traditional HR internship. The fellow will lead research, analysis, stakeholder engagement, and solution design to help build a future-ready campus talent strategy aligned to business needs.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Assess the current campus hiring and early careers program.
Benchmark leading practices across technology and product companies.
Analyze hiring outcomes, conversion metrics, and talent pipelines.
Identify opportunities to improve candidate quality, hiring efficiency, and retention.
Recommend target campus segmentation and engagement strategies.
Design a future-state campus hiring framework and success metrics.
Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to gather insights.
Develop executive-ready presentations and recommendations.
