About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conducting preliminary HR screening calls.
- Following up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
- Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assisting with onboarding and joining formalities.
- Supporting employer branding and hiring campaigns.
- Preparing recruitment-related reports and documentation.
- Supporting cross-functional projects and additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
This role is not limited to the responsibilities mentioned above. The intern is expected to be flexible and open to supporting other functions, projects, and business requirements as needed.
