Safalta Setu is looking for a motivated and people-oriented HR Psychology Intern to support talent acquisition, employee engagement, workplace well-being, and organizational development initiatives. This role offers an opportunity to apply psychological principles in real-world HR practices while contributing to a positive and productive work culture.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Assist in identifying and evaluating potential candidates based on role requirements, behavioral competencies, and organizational fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews while supporting assessment and evaluation processes.
Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences, document verification, and employee record management.
Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins with interns and team members to monitor engagement, motivation, and overall experience.
Support conflict management and workplace issue resolution through empathetic and professional communication.
Plan and execute employee engagement, wellness, and team-building initiatives.
Assist in HR operations, policy communication, and culture-building activities across the organization.

Other requirements
Pursuing or completed studies in psychology, preferably industrial/organizational psychology.
Understanding of workplace behavior, employee motivation, and organizational dynamics.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

Ability to manage responsibilities independently and maintain confidentiality.
