We're looking for a thoughtful and enthusiastic HR Psychologist Intern who can support us in understanding workplace behavior, intern engagement, and conflict resolution. The role doesn't require advanced clinical expertise but needs someone with empathy, observation skills, and a strong interest in applying psychology to HR practices. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to gain practical experience in organizational/industrial psychology within a collaborative team.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Source and screen candidates with attention to behavioral fit and cultural alignment.
Coordinate interviews and assist with psychometric or behavioral assessments.
Facilitate onboarding, verify documents, and maintain accurate records.
Conduct weekly intern check-ins, focusing on well-being, motivation, and progress tracking.
Handle conflict resolution with empathy, fairness, and psychological understanding.
Organize engagement activities to enhance productivity and reduce stress.
Support HR meetings, policy communication, and maintain a healthy workplace culture.
