Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:

1. Post vacancies across all relevant recruitment platforms.

1. Source and shortlist candidates based on role-specific scorecards.

1. Conduct first-round screening interviews while representing the company's story, scope, and culture.

1. Share shortlisted resumes with relevant departments and hiring managers.

1. Coordinate department-level evaluation interviews.

1. Schedule final interviews with the founder.

1. Roll out offers to selected candidates and manage the offer-to-join process.

1. Run Day-1 onboarding meetings and share onboarding documentation.

1. Guide new hires through company culture, workflows, and internal tools.

1. Maintain candidate and employee databases as the single source of truth.

1. Manage employee records, leave, and attendance.

1. Coordinate performance reviews and feedback cycles.

1. Execute ad-hoc HR projects including policy rollouts, employee engagement, and learning initiatives.

1. Own the founder's Google Calendar scheduling, protect focus blocks, and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively.

1. Send daily morning briefs covering meetings, pre-reads, and required decisions.

1. Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cabs, and itinerary planning.
