About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Run hiring day to day - post roles, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and keep good candidates warm, so they don't slip away.
- Coordinate onboarding, so a new joiner's first day is sorted. Paperwork, accounts, a desk, someone to show them the ropes.
- Keep people records clean and current, attendance, leave, basic documentation.
- Help the team leads keep each role's goals (what we call KPIs and current attendance) written down and up to date.
- Organise the things that keep a team feeling like one - check-ins, feedback rounds, the occasional bit of fun.
- Be the first ear for everyday questions, and flag the bigger ones to the founder.

Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who
- are available for full time (in-office) internship
- can start the internship between 22nd Jun'26 and 27th Jul'26
- are available for duration of 3 months
- have relevant skills and interests
Other requirements
- Organised and on top of detail, you don't let a candidate or a date slip.
- Easy to talk to, and able to have a straight conversation without it turning awkward.
