Role Overview:

The Delivery Manager - Employee Lifecycle (ELC) is a key leadership role within ABB's HR Operations organization, responsible for delivering best-in-class HR services across the Asia, Middle East & Africa (AMEA) and North America regions. Reporting to the HR Operations Hub Delivery Lead, this role will drive operational excellence, service quality, compliance, and employee experience across multiple countries and diverse business environments.

As a strategic people leader, the Delivery Manager will lead and develop a large team of HR Operations professionals, including Team Leaders, Junior Team Leads, and HR Specialists, ensuring the effective delivery of end-to-end employee lifecycle services. The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in managing complex, multi-country HR operations, fostering high-performing teams, driving continuous improvement, and leading transformation initiatives. This role requires a collaborative and influential leader who can build strong stakeholder partnerships, navigate organizational change, champion innovation and automation, and ensure consistent delivery of HR services aligned with global standards, local compliance requirements, and business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead Global HR Operations: Oversee end-to-end HR service delivery across AMEA, North America, and Canada, ensuring excellence in quality, compliance, KPIs, and SLAs.

- Inspire & Develop High-Performing Teams: Lead, coach, and grow a team of 40+ HR professionals, driving performance, engagement, succession planning, and a culture of accountability.

- Drive Strategic Stakeholder Partnerships: Act as the senior escalation point for HR operations, partnering with HR leaders, business stakeholders, and regional teams to deliver exceptional employee experiences.

- Champion Transformation & Innovation: Lead process improvement, automation, AI adoption, M&A integrations, and HR transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.

- Ensure Compliance & Operational Excellence: Govern employee lifecycle processes, data integrity, labor law compliance, audits, and risk management while shaping the future HR Operations strategy and roadmap.
