About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding experience, coordinating with selected candidates on joining formalities, documentation, and pre-joining requirements.
- Maintain accurate and current employee records, HR trackers, and HRMS data, ensuring data integrity and timely updates across all HR systems.
- Organize and manage interview scheduling, campus recruitment drives, and full-cycle recruitment operations from sourcing to selection.
- Drive seamless induction and orientation programs, and support employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive experience for both new joiners and existing staff.
- Oversee the organization's social media channels and create compelling content for talent acquisition campaigns, company milestones, and employer branding efforts.
- Prepare and manage HR communications, offer letters, and a wide range of employee-related documents and official correspondence.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure smooth, efficient, and uninterrupted day-to-day HR functioning.
