About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Assist in drafting and refining job descriptions aligned with hiring requirements and organizational objectives.
- Support onboarding activities by coordinating documentation, communication, and orientation processes for new hires.
- Source potential candidates through multiple recruitment channels, including job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and qualifications.
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure smooth communication between candidates and interview panels.
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and prepare recruitment reports to track hiring progress and performance.
- Assist in planning and executing campus recruitment drives, career fairs, and hiring events.
- Lead and manage assigned teams by delegating responsibilities, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely task completion.
- Conduct regular team coordination activities, provide guidance to team members, and contribute towards achieving overall recruitment targets and organizational goals.
