Key Responsibilities
A. HR Operations & Administration:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure process efficiency
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Handle HR documentation, policies, and compliance-related activities
B. Recruitment (End-to-End):
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
C. Preboarding & Onboarding:
- Handle preboarding activities, including documentation and communication
- Conduct and support employee induction programs
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires
D. Payroll & Attendance Management:
- Support and manage payroll processes with accuracy
- Track and manage employee attendance and leave records
- Ensure timely and error-free data for salary processing
E. Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Manage employee records from joining to exit
- Handle off-boarding process, including exit formalities and documentation
