Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements

1. Posting job openings on various platforms and social media channels

1. Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews

1. Coordinating interviews and assessments with candidates

1. Managing the offer process and onboarding of new hires

1. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our database

1. Providing regular reports and updates on recruitment activities to management

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 15,250 /month (only for freshers) After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,32,000 - 3,20,000 /year Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,16,000 - 2,20,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 16,000 - 1,00,000 /year
