• Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment and hiring Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews Scheduling and coordinating interviews Managing onboarding and employee documentation Maintaining employee records and HR databases Assisting in employee engagement activities Supporting HR operations and compliance

• Requirements: Minimum 2 years of HR / Talent Acquisition experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with LinkedIn hiring and job portals Strong organizational and coordination abilities Immediate joiners preferred
