We are expanding rapidly and looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive to support our hiring and HR operations. Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive who can manage end-to-end recruitment coordination and support day-to-day HR operations. The candidate should be comfortable handling hiring activities, candidate communication, interview scheduling, job portal management, and coordination with recruitment agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source and shortlist candidates from job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna, etc.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements and coordinate initial HR discussions.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and joining process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with recruitment consultants and hiring agencies for candidate sourcing.
- Post job openings on various hiring platforms and social media channels.
- Handle offer rollouts, salary discussions, and joining formalities.
Onboarding & Documentation
- Support employee onboarding and documentation processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR MIS reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments for hiring requirements.
- Assist in attendance, leave management, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure smooth HR communication and process coordination.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and recruitment platforms.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR operations.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
