About the role
We are looking for a high-calibre individual with 3–4 years of experience in HR, along with some exposure to HR technology. The ideal candidate is agile, comfortable operating in a fast-changing environment, and brings experience in HR transformation and Centre of Excellence (COE) design at scale, or in shaping and delivering people programmes in a complex organization. The role requires strong strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and the ability to operate both at depth and at scale. As an HR Digital partner, you will work at the intersection of HR, business, and technology to digitize people processes and deliver impactful solutions across our Centres of Excellence — Talent, Learning, Engagement, Performance, Rewards, and more. This is a unique opportunity to solve meaningful, employee-centered problems in HR as technology reshapes the future of work.
Key Responsibilities:
Digitize HR processes: Lead the digitization of core people processes on the HR system, delivering on time and in full across the group.
Partner across COEs: Work with Talent, Learning, Engagement, Performance, Rewards, and other COEs to understand their needs and translate them into system design.
Standardize and simplify: Drive common, standardized processes across the organization, while thoughtfully accommodating genuine business-specific needs.
Reduce manual effort: Move processes off offline, Excel-based ways of working onto system-driven workflows, improving efficiency, turnaround time, and data integrity.

Set up governance: Run regular cadences and check-ins with COEs, business teams, and vendors to keep design, prioritization, and decisions aligned.
Own it end to end: Take initiatives from discovery and design through testing and go-live to adoption, at scale.
Skills:
3–4 years of experience in HR, preferably with a focus on Performance and Rewards.
