About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Draft job descriptions and post vacancies across relevant job portals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Schedule interviews and conduct telephonic pre-screening assessments.
- Coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain the applicant tracking system and update candidate records.
- Collect offer letter acknowledgements and KYC documents from selected candidates.
- Conduct induction sessions for new employees.
- Ensure new hires receive required tools, materials, and system access prior to joining.
- Deliver stage-wise training materials and monitor training progress.
- Record training-related queries, identify improvement areas, and update training documentation.
- Conduct product knowledge assessments and practical readiness evaluations.
- Verify completion of mandatory training requirements before deployment to live projects.
- Collect and validate attendance, leave, and timesheet records.
- Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
- Support PF, ESIC, and gratuity compliance activities.
- Maintain compliance records and assist with employee background verification processes.
