About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews)
- Support onboarding and joining formalities of new employees
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events
- Assist in handling employee queries and resolving issues in coordination with the HR team
- Prepare HR reports, trackers, and documentation as required
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and policy implementation

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field (pursuing/completed)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
