Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and hiring - The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings on various platforms, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating with department heads, and assisting in the selection and onboarding of new employees. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to attract qualified talent and ensure a smooth hiring experience for candidates.
- Accounting & transactions - The candidate will handle day-to-day financial transactions, maintain expense records, process employee salaries, manage vendor payments, prepare invoices, and support basic accounting activities. The role requires proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software to ensure accurate financial record maintenance, timely payments, and effective financial reporting for management review.
- Keeping Records - The candidate will be responsible for maintaining organized and accurate employee, payroll, financial, and administrative records. This includes managing employee files, attendance records, salary documents, invoices, contracts, and other company-related documentation. The role requires attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills to ensure records are updated, secure, and easily accessible when needed.
