Hostel/PG Manager – Operations & Maintenance

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure the PG property is well-maintained, clean, and fully operational at all times.

1. Monitor daily operations to prevent customer complaints and service-related issues.

1. Address and resolve resident concerns and complaints on an immediate basis.

1. Oversee property maintenance, including cleanliness, facilities, and basic amenities.

1. Ensure the property is presentable and visitor-ready for site visits.

1. Guide and assist prospective customers during property visits.

1. Manage the onboarding process for new residents and explain PG rules, facilities, and processes.

1. Ensure new residents have a smooth onboarding experience without confusion or concerns.

1. Maintain a customer-friendly environment and ensure high levels of resident satisfaction.

Effective Communication Interpersonal skills

Other requirements

1. Basic computer knowledge is required.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

1. Good proficiency in English is mandatory.

1. Knowledge of Hindi and Kannada will be an added advantage.

1. Preference will be given to candidates willing to stay within the PG property and manage operations on-site.
