Job OverviewWe are seeking a Junior Hospital Floor Manager at Spandana Hospital in Bengaluru. This full-time role demands a candidate with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The Hospital Floor Manager will play a crucial role in managing hospital operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing staff and patient activities to promote a seamless healthcare experience.
Qualifications and SkillsProficiency in healthcare management software for efficient operation of daily hospital activities and processes (Mandatory skill).
Skill in creating and managing staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and workflow in the hospital environment (Mandatory skill).
Expertise in patient flow optimization to enhance patient experience and reduce waiting time (Mandatory skill).
Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements in healthcare to ensure hospital adherence to legal and ethical standards.
Experience in implementing quality assurance standards to maintain and improve service delivery in the hospital.
Ability in budget management for the department to efficiently allocate and utilize resources.
Capability to provide strong team leadership to motivate and guide hospital staff towards achieving hospital objectives.
Proficiency in crisis management to handle emergencies effectively with quick and decisive action.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and oversee all administrative and clinical operations on the hospital floor to maintain a high level of care.
