Hiring Executive in replacement for Fleet Service Billing

Essential Functions

• Ensuring accuracy and meeting agreed targets.

• Ability to comprehend complex information quickly & respond with clear solutions.

• Minimum 0-2 years of experience in Accounts and Finance area

• Categorize the Pre Billing and Billing activities into Repair Activity, Unbillable and Training. Once the reports are extracted from Karmak

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written

• Good working knowledge of MS Office – MS Excel, Word Doc, Outlook

• Demonstrates good time management and organizational skills.

• Understands the need for confidentiality.

• Ability to give attention to detail and accuracy
