Key Responsibilities Regional HSSE Operations Management Lead comprehensive HSSE programs for assigned facility (typically 1,000+ employees)Provide personal leadership in implementing JLL's "One Team S.A.F.E.R. Together" safety cultureEnsure active implementation of all JLL HSSE policiesManage site-specific HSSE team including coordinators, specialists, and contractorsDrive continuous improvement and strategies and monitor effectiveness Safety Program Operations Execute Safety Management requirements across all site activitiesImplement comprehensive permit-to-work systems for high-risk activities including:Working at heights and confined space entryHot work and electrical isolation proceduresContractor safety management and oversightManage Health & Safety Management including training, competency assessment, and performance monitoringEnsure emergency preparedness including evacuation procedures, emergency response teams, and business continuity planningCoordinate First Aid Cabinet Management and AED ManagementManage/coordinate/support fire safety programs Incident Management & Emergency Response Lead comprehensive incident investigation and root cause analysis programsEnsure all incidents are documented, reported, and tracked in the incident management systemCoordinate emergency response activities and crisis communicationsImplement corrective and preventive actions with systematic follow-upManage workers' compensation claims and regulatory reporting requirementsDrive lessons learned programs and best practice sharingParticipate in regional and global incident review processes Contractor & Vendor Safety Management Implement comprehensive contractor safety management programsConduct contractor prequalification assessments and ongoing performance and corrective action processesDrive contractor safety performance improvement initiatives Training & Competency Management Develop and implement comprehensive HSSE training programs for all site required Required Qualifications Education & Professional Credentials Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related technical fieldProfessional safety certification required:NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or DiplomaInstitution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) certificationIndian Society for Training & Development (ISTD) certificationCertified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalentEnvironmental management certification preferred (ISO 14001 Lead Auditor)First Aid, CPR, and emergency response certifications required Experience Requirements 5-8 years progressive HSSE experience in industrial or corporate facility environment2+ years in supervisory or management role with team leadership responsibilitiesExperience in multinational corporate environment preferredBackground in IT/technology industry or corporate office facilities advantageousDemonstrated experience with regulatory compliance and permitting processesProject safety management experience for construction/renovation activities Technical Expertise Deep knowledge of Country/Local HSSE regulations, permits, and
