Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Health Operations Underwriting Associate/Executive tosupport health insurance underwriting operations. The role involves reviewing insuranceproposals, assessing documentation, coordinating medical requirements, processing policyissuance, and ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulatoryrequirements. Key Responsibilities Review health insurance proposal forms and supporting documents. Verify applicant information, medical history, and declarations. Coordinate medical tests, tele-underwriting, and document collection. Perform preliminary risk assessment as per underwriting guidelines. Follow up with customers and branches for pending requirements. Support policy issuance, endorsements, and renewal underwriting activities. Maintain underwriting records, MIS reports, and operational dashboards. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Meet turnaround time (TAT) and service-level agreement (SLA) targets. Required Skills Knowledge of health insurance and underwriting processes. Analytical and risk assessment skills. Good communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and operational systems.
