1. Handle customer interactions related to health insurance products.

1. Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.

1. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate health insurance plans.

1. Generate sales through effective customer engagement and relationship management.

1. Explain policy features, coverage, exclusions, benefits, and claim-related processes.

1. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

1. Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets.
