Key Responsibilities
- Handle renewals for existing customers
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Drive cross-selling and up-selling initiatives while managing customer servicing and retention activities
- Drive business generation initiatives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets
- Track, analyze, and report business performance results at defined periodic intervals to the reporting authority
