Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Improvement of parts service levels (First Fill Rate against reservation and Order to delivery) through achieving the business plan for Spares, and ensuring high speed, warranty and commercial orders as per norms, through reviews and regular follow-ups.
- To improve Customer Centricity through improvement of CSI/SSI/DSS scores by managing and controlling the inventory levels at dealerships.
- Coordinating the retro-fitment activity by sending the improved parts to the field in the stipulated time involve.
- To ensure parts rationalization for parts identified through identification of the obsolete/NS parts from the system from time to time
- To ensure the adherence to the new model/pre-launch process, through coordinating the ready availability of initial dealer kits for new model launches
- Capability building through ensuring the training of the Parts managers so that they improve upon the deliverables
- To ensure optimum parts pricing
- To ensure part projections for discontinued / deleted parts.

10-15 years (Preferred: 3-5 Field Service role)
