Right now, we are actively growing the player acquisition direction in Hattori, and we are looking for several people for a long-term position who can manage a team of promoters. In the future, we plan to scale this direction even more and build a full department with good motivation and growth inside the team.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and build a team of brand promoters.
Manage and supervise brand promoters.
Monitor and control promoter performance and KPIs.
Maintain tables, records, and reports.
Oversee workflow and organizational processes.
Support the team in achieving player acquisition goals.
Contribute as a key part of bringing new players into the project.

Each promoter is connected to a team lead through the referral system. All players invited by promoters become second-level referrals of the team lead. This means the team lead receives extra income from the activity and the invitations of the whole team. The better your team's results are, the higher your income will be.
