Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Head to lead the Human Resources function. The role will be responsible for driving HR strategy, managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and building a strong employee engagement framework across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should have experience in manpower-intensive industries such as security services, facility management, or staffing.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Strategy & Leadership
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Lead and mentor the HR team across locations
Partner with leadership on organizational planning and workforce strategy
Drive performance management and leadership development initiatives
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate and field positions
Develop hiring strategies for bulk and lateral hiring
Build talent pipelines for critical roles
Monitor recruitment metrics and improve hiring efficiency
- HR Operations & Payroll
Oversee HR operations including onboarding, confirmations, and exits
Ensure accurate payroll processing and attendance management
Supervise HRMS implementation and process improvements
Manage compensation benchmarking and salary structures
