Your Role:
As the Head of eMERGE Product you will lead the eMERGE™ data and digital product strategy, roadmap, and governance; translate customer needs into actionable product requirements; partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data services and user-centric experiences; drive adoption, go-to-market planning, and stakeholder engagement across Millipore Sigma. You are experienced at turning complex process data into accessible, trusted insights that accelerate drug development by leading a high-impact program to deliver value aligned with Millipore Sigma’s mission and vision. Currently, our team consists of 4 direct, 6 indirect members in projects, totaling 10, with a structure that spans across core disciplines. The role is based in either Burlington MA or Darmstadt, Germany, with hybrid work options up to 3 days a week.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field with 10+ years in digital and data product leadership, preferably within the life sciences sector
Solid expertise in the technology & processes needed to build and commercialize data-as-a-service products
Experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical industry
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cGMP validated data workflows preferred.
Proven track record building and scaling high-performing, diverse teams in a global, matrixed environment.
Strong business acumen with experience shaping and implementing product and portfolio strategies

Pay Range for this position: $179,700 – $269,500.
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
