This role requires strong leadership, operational planning, and team coordination skills. ͏

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage a team of coders to ensure smooth operations. Allocate work, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of coding assignments. Track operational metrics such as productivity, turnaround time, and SLA compliance. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for resource planning and issue resolution. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports for management and clients. Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks. Handle escalations and provide quick resolutions to operational challenges. Support training and onboarding of new team members from an operational perspective. ͏ Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in Life Sciences, Nursing, or equivalent healthcare background. Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Coding specialist (CCS) or equivalent certification (mandatory). 12–14 years of experience in medical coding, with at least 10+ years in team lead role. Proven experience in team handling and operations management. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting tools ͏ Preferred: Experience in managing large-scale coding projects. Familiarity with operational dashboards and workforce management tools. ͏
