The Compliance Team is an agile and diverse group working across all of the Core Hardware Engineering Product Lines. This self-motivated, detail oriented engineer will be highly organized and capable of handling concurrent projects through varying stages of development and compliance testing. When issues arise, you will interface closely with Engineering, Manufacturing and Product Support groups to work towards an efficient outcome.

Your Impact
As a Safety Engineer, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our industry-leading networking products meet the highest safety standards. You will:
Innovate and design for safety, conducting thorough product testing to 62368-1 for regulatory certification.
Dive into PCB design layout and stack-up reviews, as well as schematic and product construction reviews.
Develop comprehensive safety compliance program plans, budgets, and schedules.
Participate in audits to ensure alignment to regulatory standards and accreditations.
Communicate status updates, test schedules, and resolve issues with the Hardware development team.
File compliance reports with regulatory agencies (UL/CSA) and maintain meticulous documentation of compliance activities.
Minimum Qualifications
BS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent + 5 years of related experience or Masters + 3 years of related experience.
Knowledge of IEC62368-1 standard
Experience testing according to IEC62368-1
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of PCB design/layout/stack-up.
Proficiency in Python, SCPI, or other automated data collection techniques.
