Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Guest Services Associate role based in Amritsar Punjab. The Guest Services Associate will welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and ensure that guests receive prompt, courteous, and effective service throughout their visit. Responsibilities include handling reservations, answering guest inquiries in person and by phone, and providing accurate information about services, menu offerings, promotions, and events. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams such as service staff, kitchen, and management to resolve guest issues and special requests. The Guest Services Associate will maintain a clean, organized front-of-house area, follow company policies and safety standards, and contribute to a positive, inclusive environment for guests and team members.Qualifications

• Strong guest interaction abilities, including Guest Services and Guest Service skills focused on creating memorable, personalized experiences.
• Proven Customer Service skills, with a track record of resolving concerns calmly and professionally.
• Experience managing Reservations, including booking, modifying, and confirming guest reservations accurately.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse guests and team members.
• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, clubs, or lounges is highly preferred.
