We're Hiring: @ Escobar, Mumbai Bandra West | Full-Time Join our team and deliver exceptional dining experiences! Location: Mumbai Role: Guest Relation Executive (GRE) Key Responsibilities: * Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional approach.* Manage reservations, table allocations, and waiting lists.* Ensure exceptional guest experience throughout the dining journey.* Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests efficiently.* Coordinate with restaurant managers, captains, stewards, and kitchen teams.* Maintain guest records, preferences, and VIP guest relations.* Promote restaurant events, special menus, and loyalty programs.* Ensure reception and guest areas are well maintained at all times. Requirements: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Well-groomed personality with a positive attitude.* Experience in premium dining, fine dining, or hospitality preferred.* Ability to handle guest concerns professionally.* Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).
