Responsibilities:Guest Experience & ServiceGreet guests warmly and ensure a positive first impressionGuide guests through the menu, answer questions, and offer thoughtful recommendationsAccurately take orders on POS and communicate special requests clearly to the kitchenStay attentive during peak hours to ensure smooth service flow and minimal wait times Dine-in & Floor CoordinationManage seating, table turnover, and dining area readinessCoordinate with the kitchen to track orders and ensure timely serviceCommunicate wait times clearly and manage guest expectations Service Recovery & FeedbackResolve minor guest concerns with empathy and confidenceEscalate critical issues when needed and maintain calm under pressureCapture guest feedback, compliments, and observations for improvement Ambience & FOH StandardsMaintain cleanliness, organization, and stocking of all guest-facing areasEnsure music, lighting, and overall ambience align with the brand experienceTeamwork & CultureAct as a bridge between guests and the kitchen teamSupport FOH teammates during rush hours and shift changesLead by example in professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail Skills:Strong communication and people skillsA natural sense of hospitality and problem-solvingAbility to stay composed and efficient in fast-paced environmentsPrior FOH or guest-facing experience preferred Together we build:A people-first, respectful work cultureOpportunity to grow with a brand rooted in authenticityA team that values warmth, quality, and consistency CompensationCompetitive and based on experience.
