About the job Key Responsibilities Develop and establish a Guar (Cluster Bean) farming and procurement network in Rajasthan and South India. Identify and engage with farmers, FPOs, seed companies, traders, processors, and exporters. Conduct market research on guar seeds, guar gum, guar meal, and export opportunities. Recommend suitable guar varieties for cultivation in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka. Coordinate pilot farming projects, field demonstrations, and farmer awareness programs. Develop buy-back, aggregation, procurement, and logistics models for guar seeds. Build relationships with guar gum manufacturers, feed companies, and export buyers. Prepare feasibility reports, market intelligence reports, and business development plans. Travel as required to farming clusters, processors, and customer locations. Support the management team in developing a scalable Guar value chain business. Get email alerts Candidates currently residing in Rajasthan will be preferred. Experience working with Guar, Pulses, Oilseeds, or other agricultural commodities is highly desirable. Willingness to travel extensively across Rajasthan and South India. Strong communication, relationship-building, and networking skills. B.Sc. Agriculture, M.Sc. Agriculture, Agribusiness Management, or a related qualification is preferred. Existing network with Guar farmers, traders, processors, or exporters is an advantage. Experience in contract farming, farmer engagement, and mobilization activities. Good understanding of agricultural supply chains, commodity markets, and procurement processes. Ability to work independently, manage field operations, and achieve project milestones. Proficiency in both Hindi and English communication is mandatory.
Salary Salary during probation: After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,60,000 /year Annual CTC breakup:
Fixed pay: ₹ 1,00,000 /year Variable pay: ₹ 1,00,000 /year
