We're looking for a Growth Strategist who lives inside ad accounts, understands performance metrics beyond vanity numbers, and enjoys optimizing campaigns until every rupee works harder.You'll own campaign execution across multiple clients, work closely with creative and strategy teams, and help turn performance insights into measurable business outcomes. You'll thrive here if:

- You have hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads independently.

What You'll Actually Do
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROAS, CPL, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Build audience strategies, remarketing flows, and funnel-based media plans.
- Work closely with creative, content, and design teams to improve campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy, audiences, landing pages, and campaign structures.
- Build performance reports and communicate actionable insights to internal teams and clients.
- Support client calls, campaign reviews, and performance discussions.
- Track attribution, user journeys, and conversion performance across platforms.
- Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and emerging growth opportunities.
- Leverage AI tools and automation wherever possible to improve efficiency and performance.
What We're Looking For
- 1.54 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of GA4 and campaign analytics.
- Experience managing monthly budgets ranging from 1L to 15L+.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, remarketing, conversion tracking, and attribution.
- Comfortable presenting campaign performance and insights.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
