About the RoleWe areseekinga highly organized and commercially minded professional to strengthen our digital presence and support audience expansion initiatives. This position combines strategic planning, channel oversight, stakeholder communication, and data-driven decision-making to enhance brand visibility and business outcomes.The successful candidate will oversee publishing operations, develop distribution plans, evaluate key indicators, and provide actionable recommendations to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Operations
- Oversee publishing activities across designated digital platforms.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, brand guidelines, and communication objectives.
- Monitor audience interactions and identify opportunities for increased reach and engagement.
Planning & Coordination
- Build andmaintainweekly, monthly and quarterly publishing schedules.
- Partner with creative, marketing, and design teams to ensuretimelydelivery of assets.
- Align communication initiatives with broader business priorities.
Insights & Reporting
- Track key indicators and prepare structured reports highlighting trends, outcomes, and opportunities.
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear and concise summaries.
- Utilize data to recommend improvements and support decision-making.
Audience Development
- Identifyopportunities to strengthen visibility, community engagement, and brand awareness.
- Conduct competitive assessments and market reviews to uncover emerging opportunities.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving acquisition, retention, and overall digital effectiveness.
