Position: Growth & Performance Marketing ManagerWe are looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused Growth & Performance Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and profitability across all digital channels.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and hands-on execution, thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, and has experience scaling D2C consumer brands. Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance MarketingMeta Ads
- Plan, launch, manage and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining target ROAS and CAC.
- Develop acquisition, retargeting and retention strategies.Google Ads
- Manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max and Display campaigns.
- Optimize keyword strategy, bidding, audiences and conversion performance.
- Improve quality scores, CTRs and conversion rates.Marketplace & Quick Commerce GrowthManage and optimize advertising and growth initiatives across - Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, Tata 1mg, PharmEasy, Myntra, JioMart and other emerging commerce platformsResponsibilities include:
- Campaign planning and execution
- Keyword optimization
- Visibility and conversion improvement
- Platform-specific promotional planning
- Performance reportingAnalytics & Reporting
- Create and maintain weekly and monthly performance dashboards.
- Track Revenue, ROAS, CAC, Conversion Rate, Customer LTV, Repeat Purchase Rate, Platform-wise profitability
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations.Website & Conversion Optimization
- Monitor website performance and customer journey.
- Improve landing pages and conversion funnels.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to improve conversion rates.Growth Strategy
- Identify new acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
- Develop customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Support new product launches and seasonal campaigns.Additional ResponsibilitiesAs a growing startup, team members are expected to contribute beyond their core functional responsibilities when required. The Growth & Performance Marketing Manager may be asked to support other business initiatives including, but not limited to:
- Sales and marketplace operations
