As a 'Growth Operator' at Gharpayy, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's expansion in New ZONES. Your expertise in sales management, market research, marketing campaigns, leadership, and team management will be instrumental in achieving our growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- You build and dominate a micro-market end-to-end.
- Launch new zones by identifying demand pockets, activating supply, and starting revenue within days.
- Build supply that converts by onboarding PGs strategically, focusing on location, pricing, and demand fit.
- Own revenue like a business by driving bookings, maximizing occupancy, and ensuring repeat demand.
- Control the full funnel, from lead to consultation, visit, booking, and move-in, ensuring no drop-offs.
- Create systems, not chaos, by building processes so the market runs without constant intervention.
- Execute on the ground by meeting partners, closing deals, and resolving issues through hands-on execution.
- Scale what works by turning one successful zone into a repeatable expansion model.
