What youll do
- Own marketplace growth and P&L across Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, Amazon (and other platforms as relevant), with clear targets on revenue, contribution margin, and growth.
- Drive end-to-end marketplace performance: selection planning, listing health, conversion rate, traffic, and repeat.
- Lead catalog excellence: improve titles, attributes, keywords, images, A+ content, store pages, and size/fit information to lift CVR.
- Own participation strategy for key events (e.g., EOSS, Big Billion Days, Prime Day equivalents, platform mega-days): forecasting, pricing, inventory, and offer architecture.
- Work closely with supply chain/ops to ensure in-stock, fill-rate, and OTIF performance; minimize cancellations/returns and protect account health.
- Set pricing, discounting, and promotional strategy to balance growth + profitability, while staying competitive within marketplace dynamics.
- Deep-dive data weekly to identify growth levers across: search rank, impressions, CTR, CVR, TACoS/ACoS (where applicable), returns, ratings, and contribution.
- Track performance via dashboards and business reviews; communicate insights and action plans clearly to leadership.
Skills & Experience Were Looking For
- Mandatory: Prior hands-on experience scaling brands on Myntra (one or more), in a growth/marketplace/category role.
- 24 years of experience in marketplace growth, e-commerce strategy, category management, or performance-led roles for consumer brands.
- Strong understanding of marketplace fundamentals: search/discovery, catalog SEO, platform ads, deals, pricing, and event-led growth.
- Analytical strength: comfortable owning metrics like revenue, contribution margin, ROAS/ACoS/TACoS, CVR, CTR, returns %, ratings, and cohorts (repeat).
- High ownership mindset with strong executioncan operate in fast-paced environments and deliver against aggressive goals.
